I create each of my photographs as though a painter with a brush. Transforming the world as we know it into one full of mystery and splendor. A place where the imagination becomes lost in the enchanting bokeh floating across the image's horizon. Though each photograph is unique and original in form and process, it feels as if it were an obscure memory created in the mind of the viewer.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Photography from East Carolina University. This is also where I met my beautiful wife and business partner, Meredith Loughlin. In the summer of 2009, we opened Lone Leaf Gallery & Custom Framing in her hometown of Washington, NC.
Since graduating, I have continued to work in the commercial photography and design industries.
